The Latest Album Release From Muse July 28, 2009
I am sure that many of you out there are familiar with the group Muse in same way or another. Maybe you heard their songs, maybe your friends were talking about them, or maybe you have just heard of them in passing. For those of you that are unfamiliar to who Muse is, they are one of the greatest musical trios around. They were formed back in 1994, out of Devon and have the most incredible and unique talents I have ever been introduced to. The trio consists of Matthew Bellamy, their vocalist, guitarist and pianist; Christopher Wolstenholme, the bassist and back up vocalist; and Dominic Howard, the trios drummer. Their music is a combination of various genres, that are mixed into one outstanding sound. They are not only amazing artists, who have been honored with numerous awards, but they are also amazing individuals. Muse is involved in many charities, such as Teenage Cancer Trust, and have played many times with the sole purpose of raising money for these charities that are so dear to them.
Although rumors have been spread that their fifth album, which is scheduled for a September 14th release, is different from their last release, however I still believe that they will be just as outstanding, and maybe even better (if that is possible). Their latest album is titles “The Resistance” and if you were a fan of “Black Holes” and “Revelations” then I am sure you will enjoy this album as well. There is little word as to what can be expected from this release, but I did manage to get a track list for you to view!
1. Uprising
2. Resistance
3. Undisclosed Desires
4. United States of Eurasia (+Collateral Damage)
5. Guiding Light
6. Unnatural Selection
7. MK Ultra
8. I Belong To You (+Mon coeur s’ouvre a ta voix)
9. Exogenesis: Symphony Part I (Overture)
10. Exogenesis: Symphony Part II (Cross Pollination)
11. Exogenesis: Symphony Part III (Redemption)
Although not much is known about this album, it has been said that it is a very orchestra album. I am sure, however, that fans will not be disappointed. Muse has been around for a long time, they know what fans want, and they are eager to deliver it!
