Nunzio: A retarded Brooklyn market delivery boy (Proval) envisions he’s Superman, and then falls in love with bakery associate Feldshuh. A soft tale improved by Proval’s fine acting. Cast includes David Proval, James Andronica, Tovah Feldshuh, Morgana Baron, Vincent Russo, Theresa Saldana, and Monica Lewis. (87 minutes, 1978)

The Sellout: A small town newspaper editor (Pidgeon) finds himself in over his head while he tries to get the goods on corrupt sheriff Gomez. Cast includes Walter Pidgeon, John Hodiak, Audry Totter, Paula Raymond, Cameron Mitchell, Karl Malden, Everett Sloane, and Thomas Gomez. (83 minutes, 1952)

Just Ask for Diamond: A very witty, if occasionally funny, detective in reference to the younger brother of a dumbbell detective and the puzzle enclosed in a box of candy. Cast includes Susannah York, Patricia Hodge, Roy Kinnear, Michael Medwin, Peter Eyre, Nickolas Grace, Dursley McLinden, Colin Dale, Bill Paterson, Jimmy Nail, and Saeed Jaffrey. (94 minutes, 1984)

Marigold: Offensive grade-B Hollywood actress (“I don’t do ?thankful? very well,” she admits) goes to India to make a film, only to find that the production has fallen aside. Before long she’s employed to partake in a Bollywood film, and a relationship grows between her and the handsome choreographer. Cast includes Ali Larter, Salman Khan, Nandana Sen, Ian Bohen, Helen Khan, Suchitra Pillai, and Shari Watson. (112 minutes, 2007)

Signs of Life: An old boat making business in Maine closes its doors, and the workers, young and old, who’ve spent their lives there, try to decide out what to do next. Cast includes Arthur Kennedy, Kevin J. O’Connor, Vincent Phillip D’Onofrio, Michael Lewis, Fellow Bridges, Kate Reid, Kathy Bates, Mary-Louise Parker, and Georgia Engei. (91 minutes, 1989)

Sudden Death: The sarcastic master mind Boothe keeps the Vice President captive in a secluded box throughout Stanley Cup hockey playoffs in Pittsburgh, requesting a few billion dollars, or he’ll blow up the entire stadium. However fire inspector Van Damme is on the job and Boothe has foolishly seized our idol’s baby girl. Cast includes Jean-Claude Van Damme, Powers Boothe, Raymond J. Barry, Whittni Wright, Ross Malinger, Dorian Harewood, and Paul Mochnick. (110 minutes, 1995)

Singles: Life in the Seattle dating scene isn?t simple. This is an energetic comedy drama with some appealing performances (particularly by-Scott and Sedgwick), however by no means as enlightening as you wish it can be. Film has music, setting, and fashion galore, although additionally a rather choppy script. Cast includes Bridget Fonda, Matt Dillon, Campbell Scott, Kyra Sedgwick, Sheila Kelley, Jim Real, Bill Pullman, James Le Gros, Devon Raymond, Camllo Gallardo, Friend Stroller, Jeremy Piven, Paul Giamatti, and Tim Burton.
